Radion xr15 mount custom adapter

Does anyone know where to buy this Radion xr15 mount custom adapter? (I couldn't reach the poster, named WDKegge, posting this photo). I have the AI Prime HD Flex mount and love it's swivel feature and want to use it on the xr15.
