Looks like a rose to me , speckled rbta

I believe mine are speckled rainbows

if there isn't at least 3 well defined colors (orange, green, blue) and lighter and darker shades of each its not rainbowy enough for this sailer to call it Rainbow or Flame.
OP's photo is just a regular RBTA to me.
