I missed out on the AquaSD rainbow milli :(. Only the locals were able to get frags apparently.

Tyree Pink Lemonade can get a rainbow base with lower lighting.

This is the type of picture I want to take, but with my Nikon's 105mm macro lens, it still isn't getting me this close up. What did you use to shoot the above?

You should be able to get that close with the 105mm. As long as it's a 1:1 Macro lens you can get fairly close. I used a Sigma 150mm + Canon 5D.
