Hello,
was just doing mantinence on my 65 gallon brushing rocks etc cleaning off power heads. Until one of my very unstable rocks which I do not know how to fix started to tip. I set it back up with out it hitting the wall etc. Suddenly I hear a big bubble like if someone was blowing a straw into my tank... Then I saw a bunch of small bubbles coming out of one of my rocks with a bunch of snails on it. What in the world was this?

May be gases within the sandbed. Be sure to siphon periodically if this is the case

Nothing to worry about?
Should not be, Likely nitrogen. To confirm, run a stick or plastic rod gently through bedding and see if bubbles rise, then you know
