Beware of this seller! I got hooked in because of the valentines day sale, what I received were tiny, poorly packed corals in a scant amount of water that looked and smelled like they had been dead for a week! (I've ordered online many, many times and know how it healthy coral should be shipped)
I contacted the seller (the only way is via e-mail), got a cryptic response about how he would contact me in the morning, and never heard anything else! I guess I should have done my forum searches before ordering!! live and learned I guess- online sellers like this not only hurt themselves, but those who strive to do it right!

I've had the exact opposite dealings with them. Large healthy colonies for unreal prices. Good packaging and great communication. My only site I will deal with from here on out.

I ordered anemones. Fedex delayed shipping. Some were in really bad shape by the time they got to me and have died. They told me to file a claim with fedex. Fedex denied the claim because their packaging is not approved for shipping live animals. Rare Reef won't take care of it. They said they have no control over shipping delays. Apparently, they don't understand that THEY are responsible to the customer, for THEIR shipper's delays or damages.
