RBT in low par

I have a new RBT that I put in my tank. when I first introduced him he was roughly in about 180 par. now he has moved him self to place with only 30 par. he's been there about a day. is that an issue? should I move him or let him do it himself?

Hopefully the Anemone will find the ideal spot. Since you can't corral them you just have to hope for the best.
