RBTA dying

Hello I recently added a kamoer doser to my system Im not really sure the proper way of dosing two part. I tested the water today and my cal 400 and alk is 11.2-11.5 /3.88-3.99 can this be affecting my anemone

my temp is at 75.8

now my RBTA all shriveled up and mouth is wide open i dont know what to do thanks
