I've had my first RBTA in my 55g tank for four days. I was under the impression that I should just let it find a spot it likes and then build my tank around it. It actually stayed where I was hoping it would for three days, then last night I noticed it had moved to a back, bottom corner of the tank. I hoped that when the lights came on today it would move out/up, but no such luck. So here are me questions: 1) How long (typically) before it will "settlle" somewhere, and 2) If it chooses a spot (like it's current one) that is poor for viewing, can I coax it to move elsewhere? , and 3) If so, how? Thanks1

1) How long (typically) before it will "settlle" somewhere When it decides to

2) If it chooses a spot (like it's current one) that is poor for viewing, can I coax it to move elsewhere? Yes , and 3) If so, how? Thanks1 You can use a powerhead and just aim it at him, might make it move. But don't leave the powerhed in the tank un-covered

You can put it into a basket with a small piece of live rock and have it attach to that for a few days and then place them in you tank where you want to. sometimes this helps to keep them in place. good luck
