Today I noticed one of the tentacles on my RBTA fell off. Not sure if it naturally fell off or if a clown or maybe crab broke it off. Is this somewhat normal? Any chance the broken tentacles will turn into another anemone, it’s still glowing like it’s alive.

Is it the tip of a tentacle, or a long segment? Some clowns are known to bite off the tips now and then.

Hhmmm I’m not sure. It’s very small compared to the other tentacles but I have also seen those shrink up to this size. My clowns are not hosting yet. My black clown has been nosing around it lately though.
