I am currently running a GEO CR818 Calcium Reactor with a SMC415 secondary and Arm extra course media. My issue is I can not get my effluent above 13 dkh/alk. And for this reason my reactor isn't keeping up with my tanks needs. I have calibrated my probe and I have set my ph to 6.5,6.4, and 6.3 and still can't get above 13. I've raised and lowered the bubble count and still nothing. Any recommendations.

Have you checked the Sicce 3.0 recirculation pump to make sure it is working? With your settings the dkh would be over 20 so sounds like the water inside the reactor is not circulating.
