Hey Will, a few questions… I see some of the rules have changed. Now we have to pay with PayPal, before securing the piece? How does that work? Do we get a confirmation email and then pay for it and then get a second confirmation email?

Response time was seriously lacking during the last sale, how will the PayPal payment option affect this and is that issue resolved?

You can still pay with credit card at the end. I will need to reword that again. I took that part off because people were calling in during the sale to pay, instead of paying once the sale was over and breakdowns were sent.

I couldn't reply back to every email due to my limit on business gmail being 2000 outbound in one day. We had over 5000 emails in the short time of the sale, my gmail just shut down unfortunately. I called google and tried to increase the limit, but they could not do it.

We have given ourselves more time today, so we should be able to handle the email situation better than last round. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Thanks for the response. I understand it's overwhelming, and running it on multiple forums gets a lot more attention a lot more emails. Just hoping for a slightly more fluid sale this time, definitely hoping to grab some killer pieces again. Got a lot of love for aqua SD!!
