Really Disappointed in BRS

Just got my order of dry rock from them, I had ordered 10lbs of the tonga complex multi branching rock and instead got rock that was almost identical to the simple multi branching rock. I plan on calling but I know they will not do anything. I'm just annoyed because I had to buy 10 lbs as the minimum order and it cost $1.00 more per lbs and before anyone says that it probably just broke during shipping, I tried putting the rock back together but it was clearly not from the same single piece.

I'll give them a call today, I have never had a problem with them in the past.

Emailed them, a guy named Luke got back to me, after sending him pictures he argeed that it was the wrong thing and is sending me some new rock and letting me keep the old rock. The customer service just made sure I will buy from them again.

I think only the people involved in the feedback are allowed to post. So I guess you are not supposed to post here you rebel you :P

I ordered from them a few weeks back and bought over $200 in equipment and they sent me a box with nothing but peanuts. They fixed the problem but definitely prefer ordering from Marine Depot, they price match too so if something is on sale just call them up. :)
