Neptune sent me a replacement due to some issues. I expected detailed, step by step instructions included for making the transition as easy as possible. Nope. Nada. Any suggestions?

Can I store and secure all my data?
Can I back up my settings?
What happens when I unplug?
Is there a particular order to plug things back in?
What happens to my dashboard?
And on and on and on and on...

Good grief, tons of questions. There has got to be an easy to follow, peace of mind set of instructions somewhere. Maybe a PDF? Anything?

Gotta say, after such super customer support on my issues, I figured I'd be at least directed on where to access instructions to finish the job.

I would call customer support at Neptune. Their customer service on the phone is very good. They should be able to walk you through all your questions and concerns.
They are based on the West coast of the US, so take that into consideration when you make your call.
