Hi All

Ive just about given up with my icecap maxspect 150 setup with this cursed red blinking link. So im going to go with a new build. I love the gyres when they work so its time to upgrade to the new gens.

what do people recommend. i do have an apex but ive seen there app is really good. To get it all work with the new WIFI hub thing. Do i need 2x pumps 2x controllers and the wifi hub?

Hi, the newest version of gyres, XF350, can run two pumps on a controller. and if you need to use Wifi function, you need a wifi hub. So it is 2 pumps, 1 wifi hub(ICV6) and 1 controller. But XF350 controller does not support Apex yet.

im just picked up 2 maxspect xf350s for my 6ft tank, but the controller is a bit difficult to work with as someone else mentioned. but is there a way to use an icecap controller to connect these pumps to apex?
