I dose kalk at night and also ATI Essentials every other hour. My alkalinity is stable at 7.7 now. If I stop dosing entirely my alk drops nearly a full point.
As a side note, I changed my Orpheks lighting program from my custom settings back to the Helius program that's built in and my CA and Kh consumption went through the roof. That's why I stopped dosing for a day to get a better understanding of my consumption rates.
