Recommended PAR for BTAs

Was wondering if anyone knows what the recommended PAR range are for BTAs. I've noticed that a lot of stores keep their BTA's in low light which can't be good and even Unique Corals has their green BTAs in 100 PAR which is ;Wideyed

I target 200-250 for a BTA. Maybe as high as 400 for an H. magnifica. Mine started around 130 PAR when added it. I brought it to 225 PAR slowly over a three week period. All just my opinion for my LED setup.

I say 175 at least its hard to say because it will move till its happy so but most people keep them in the 200s
