Hello R2R..

I'm kinda new to the saltwater hobby.
I recently (2weeks ago) got my 120g up and running and I just turned on my skimmer and it does this.... I am panicking right now. It sit in perfect water level. It's filling the cup with foam in under 1min....
Hope you guys could help me out here.

Is the skimmer broken or is this normal for a new tank?

This is normal. Your skimmer is breaking in. Take the skimmer cup off and let overflow back into sump. May take a couple of weeks to normalize.

Let it run...

If I take the cup off, there will be foam all over the floor
Did that last night.

But thanks buddy. I'll just let it run and see how things plan out.

(Sorry for the bad English, I'm not that good at grammar)
