I have two red legged hermit crabs who ate all the chaeto in my sump so they need a new home. About 2 inches. Can sort of tell how big they are in comparison to my coral banded in the picture below. Anyone interested?

They are very active and I'm worried they'll knock stuff over. I also have a lot of snails and small hermits, I'd be worried they would become aggressive.

These are the *not reef safe* variety. Large hairy red crabs. Cool, but huge. Something cool to look at in a frag tank or fish only...

lol, that's where they were. the eel was hunting them and she pulled them out and put them in the refugium, where they promptly ate all her macro. if nothing else shannon, i'll put them in my refugium. there's no shortage of stuff to eat there.

Let the Eel have itself a natural food source. that would be pretty cool to watch!

Speaking of you macro John Can I get a clump or two for diversity?

Sure on the algae.

I'm not sure she'd want to have the eel get $30 worth of a "snack" tho

I had one and it was HUGE. My dogface puffer and clown trigger left it well enough alone after 1 attempt each to eat it. Just m***ive.

Hmm, well the eel made a few attempts when they were in there and it didn't seem like it was going to give up. Kept flipping the poor guys over..
