Found this sprouting in the jawbreaker colony! Not sure that I’ve seen one with such a clean demarcation of color before. Here’s to hoping it only gets better with age!
 
Not a great pic-but found another high-red in the colony with a little one forming. Also seem to have some straight red-but they are tiny, maybe pencil eraser or smaller. Not sure what changed, but I can’t say that I mind.
