I'm used to seeing the white/clear pods on the glass, but lately seeing a lot of red pods. Are these tigger pods? Note: I removed all of the rocks and almost all of the coral in the tank, as it's breaking down for a tank transfer. Maybe these could be rock dwellers that are moving to the glass now that the rocks are gone???

perhaps you can magnify it? But it looks like a flatworm to me
That is very magnified. If you're thinking of the large mass on the left side of the first picture, that is GSP growing across the glass. Also give a reference scale. These are about twice the size of the smaller white pods, and there are 100s of them. Haven't seen a flatworm in the tank in over a year. There's also nothing going into the tank right now, just been slowly moving things out of the tank for a few months.

I read that some species of pods have eggs that are reddish/brown in color. I think that's what you're seeing but I could be wrong.

Yep definitely egg masses on female benthic copepods. Hard to say genus/species.
