Red reef lobster found stunned

This morning our red reef lobster was found on his back. He looked stunned and was lathargic. He wasn’t alone though, all of the snails where also on the substrate from the glass.

The parameters of the tank are in check, and the salinity is also good. I performed a water change last night. The tank recived a small dose of calcium I don’t know what could be wrong. When measure the calcium level is at 300 ppm.

The lobster has been moved to my separate tank and seems to be livening up.

What are your exact parameters and how do they compare to your normal readings? I would run carbon just in case it's a toxin (even something like air freshener, etc.).

What other inhabitants are in the tank?

Did you use ro/di water for your water change? If its something effecting your lobster and snails it could be something in the water.

Double check salinity, and magnesium. If the snails are acting lethargic too I would suspect something with the water parameters.
