What you guys used in socks?

I have the Red Sea E-260 which is the same as yours, I use the 225u felt filter socks. You need to bump your salintity up to 35ppm, Ca to 460 and Alk to 9.0 if going to keep corals. You will get better growth.

Salintity 35 ppm ? 32-33 is max right ?

which one doser pump is good ?

If you are doing reef tank then 35ppm on Salinity is the target.

it won't hurt anything if you bump salinity quicker. In Nature it changes quickly due to storms. I was at sea on edge of a Typhoon and can tell you A LOT of rain comes down.

How do you like the Trident? Is it accurate? Does it work well with DOS? I am looking to buy Trident too so I can get away from reading colour completely

Now is work perfect :)
But running just couple days
I let you know after 1 month :)

I swapped out the filter socks for the media cup and use floss inside. Cheap option so I don't have to wash socks. Just toss the floss in trash and replace when dirty. BRS Media Cups
