Red sea 300xl AI Prime 16HD light schedule

New to reefing so go easy been looking round for a good light schedule for my red sea 300xl mixed reef with 2 x AI Prime 16HD anyone point me to a good schedule to suit tank would rather ask than burn my lights out adding wrong preset

This is what I use in my S650 9am to 10pm other than I go blue in the evenings.
