I have Zoanthus that are not growing and I am adding Red Sea Plus to all my leather corals. Also, my tank is 36 gallons and I would like to know the dose amount that should be given to my soft corals.

I dont think adding RS AB+ will make the zoas grow.

How old is your tank?
Any clean up crew or fish?
Do you know your light par?
How about flow and placement of your corals?

Also, can you post few pics under white light if possible ?

We don't know too much about the role of amino acids in reef tanks yet, and Red Sea's product only appears to contain a very small subset of the amino acids found on coral reefs. (This source specifies CAS 70-18-8 "Glutathione", which is made up of only three amino acids.)

We know that coral symbionts (Symbiodiniaceae) are considered prototrophs, meaning they can produce all their essential amino acids themselves. Corals can also digest their symbionts and get access to those amino acids that way. So it's not entirely unlikely that amino acids are just an additional nitrogen and carbon source for our corals and don't need to be added at all, as long as nitrogen and carbon are available.

If your tank provides sufficient nitrogen in the form of ammonia/ammonium (if you have detectable nitrate levels, this is very likely a given) and also some carbon, the actual limiting factor for your corals' growth might be something else. Trace elements, light, and flow could just as well be the actual culprit.
