I have a ton of spare net from my past dig Red Sea lid and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy the metal bars that line the tank? I found the spline, corners, and clips, but would it just be cheaper to buy a whole new kit?

Pretty sure what you have are standard screen parts and can be purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot in 7’ lengths. It was like $6 a stick when I did this a month ago.

Do you think I could use the net I currently have? I prefer the white mesh over the screen for better lighting.

If you have a Lowe’s near you go look. There are I think 5 different spline dimensions to match to different screens thicknesses. They sell the screens to in many colors including white.
