Great lights these Red Sea LEDs but is there anywhere I can read in laymen's terms which setting is best for my reef tank? Red Sea gives options but no recommendations as to number of hours, which setting best, etc. New reefer here. Any websites or youtubes to help me come to an informed decision. Currently running acclimation stage moving up to RL90-20k program over time.

150 gallons, (2) Red Sea 90 lights. Previous owner set them up for me.

They are 10.5 inches off the water. Water depth is 28 inches.

Former owner told me to run the 20K preset program (11 hrs day at 100% blue and 50% white). I have soft corals, lps, sps, anenomes. I'm working up to that over time. Currently at 40% blue and 20% white with an acclimation period of 50 days left.
