Hi there i have a problem with my nanomat. Im using a adapter to fit in my waterbox 65.4. but it isnt working. When in test mode the sensor needs to be fully submerged for the lights to blink slowly which is good according to the manuel. But also according to the manuel waterlevel needs to right below the sensor. So what is it exactly. Its not doing anything right now.

When in the adapter the sensor is 1cm above waterlevel. And has a error. The sensor needs to be fully submerged. Its very strange.

How it’s suppose to work is when the water touches the sensor , the mat kicks on so it shouldn’t really ever be at the sensor unless the mat has gunk on it and it’s time to refresh the roller material.

If that didn’t answer your question, message Redsea thru the app. They reply pretty quick
