Which one would you choose? I need a ATO for my Red Sea Max e170.
Maybe you have a third option?

I have never used the Red Sea ATO, but I did install a Tunze 3155 on my nano tank. In my experience as long as you keep the optical sensor clean the Tunze is completely reliable.
Plus now is a good time to buy the Tunze 3155 because many vendors have them on sale because Tunze released their newer ATO.

Thank you for your answer. Maybe I should also take a look on the newer Tunze ATO then :grinning-face-with-sweat:

I have both, are really like the Red Sea after 8 months of use. Pump is quieter and you get internet connectivity to alert of a problem. Also does temperature and a crude leak detector. I’ve had Tunze sensors before and the only fix is to send the whole unit to get a replacement. All said, haven’t used the new Tunze, but I’d go Red Sea over 3155 in a heartbeat.
