Yes! The numbers for each setting represent the forward/reverse power. With the alternate direction settings I use 8min forward and 2min reverse.

What size tank do you have and are you running 2?

I have 2 for a 79" tank so run a bit more power to get movement to meet in middle. My screen shot doesn't show the reverse percent but most are 30-60. I probably have overkill and maybe do not need all the changes. Excuse the mispelled "step and uniform" Too lazy to go fix.

I have a 5ft tank and I’m running 50% on random and 40% on step

Red Sea 750 (71"), and yes - I'm running 2 of them.
