Red Sea Reefer 350 G2 Build/Journey

Wats up guys, so I will be upgrading my pets smart marineland hang on back reef tank to a red Sea Reefer 350 G2 I am really excited and cant wait for the build I will keep you guys updated with pictures and videos once the process begins, For now I am barely saving money for it I am halfway there so it shouldn't take to long might have it ordered by the end of the month, well hope you guys tag along and watch this build !!!!! Here is a pic of my current setup...Dont hesitate to give your input and drop some of you tank pics for fun!!! lets go !!!

Yes pretty hard these days lol, yesterday I was able to put away a nice chunk of cash towards the tanks, so we are really close now, I am about $600 away from placing the order!

UPDATE: Hey guys so I am about $600 away from ordering the Red Sea Tank, actually less but I added the red sea doser and Im just gonna follow through with it since the Fish store did give me a little discount on it for purchasing the tank and the doser together, Im also thinking about making a Youtube series on it since I dont see that many videos on the Red Sea reefer 350 G2 , but definitely will keep you guys posted here! Also my tank has been so dirty havent done a water change in like 3 weeks and I try to do them weekly but the rain here Cali has not let me make my RODI water outside and I dont have the setup to make it inside, but anyways tank coming real soon!

Update: today I just orders the tank omg !!!!! Should be here in an about 1 week and half I will post a pic when it arrives that should be the next update ! Stay tuned reef fam !

Soooo happy for you! After a month or so I just uncrated mine and - wow - super nice. You are going to love it. The sump is nice enough to be a desktop display tank.

UPDATE: I ordered the tank this Saturday, it should be here within a week or two !!!! Lets go!!! Im so excited !!!! Setup and install coming shortly!!!!!!

Just built the stand today, tomorrow I will drain the old tank and do the swap !

Step 1: I took out the water from the old tank ! Smelled gross a lot of algae on the back glass even made me feel nauseous anyone else ?

Step 2: I took out the corals first, broke my big colony of candy canes which was one way to frag them , caught all the fish , the fox face got stuck on the net and I was not gonna touch him lol luckily I wiggled the net with my other hand and he was able to break free thank God and lastly took out the rocks and the whole tank itself

Step 3: I setup the Red Sea Reefer in place, setup the sump my gosh it’s gorgeous, added sand , then the rocks and water, and lastly the corals and fish went back in , let the corals settle in a few days and finally placed them onto the rocks
