Red Sea Reefer 350 part identification?

I have recently cracked a part on my Red Sea Reefer 350 and have had no luck locating this part online.

I was told it is called a tank nut.

I had filled out the support form for Red Sea. I also spoke to a local Support Rep in Houston and was told that they were expecting to have that part in Mid-September.

The part number she gave me was SP4601 but I have had no luck finding it.

Still having no luck obtaining a tank nut. I was told mid September by the Red Sea rep in Houston. I contacted them a week ago and was told that it would be a few more weeks. So I am looking at 2 months (at best) for a tank nut. @Red Sea

I feel terrible for you man. You've been waiting over a month for a trivial part. I really hope someone at Red Sea can help you soon.

That part looks like the bulkhead nut. I would ask your local dealer if they can cannibalize the part from a new tank for you.
You can call aquariumpart.com and see if they have them. They carry a wide number of Red Sea parts.

I'm also looking for the same part. Any update on where to get it, Red sea has been useless. I'm pretty upset they used such a flimsy nut for such an essential part of the aquarium.
