Hi all,

I've been running my new Reefer 625 G2 with fish and a few free test frags for a couple of months now.
It's about time to start adding corals because I feel comfortable with the new system and haven't had any major issues.

Is there any way to get a good starting setting for the 3x ReefLed 90's?
I know a par meter is the way to go but that's step too far/expensive for a one-time-use device (>€750).

Do I start off low, high or in the middle?
If I set the lights to 20% they seem extremely bright to the eye but I know our eyes aren't good at judging that.
If I set them to 100% I need sunglasses in my living room and the fans will keep us awake at the other side of the house :grinning-face-with-sweat:

Always start out on the low end, and see how your corals respond. If they don’t fully open, then the 90s need to tuned down. If they are fully opened and they seem to be stretching for more light, then add tad more power to your reef leds.

Acros , wall hammers and tourches off limits at this point.

Just go with an Duncan lps colony to guide your way :)
