I'm interested. I tried the G1 90's and love the spectrum look and shimmer. I had four of them over my tank. What I did not like was the programming and they would lose programming. I bought a new tank that measures 60x30x25. I wanted more light spread, so I bought the G1 120's. The shimmer was way too much, and I returned them back after two days of trying them

The G2 has better stability and connectivity due to updated hardware, but the programming interface remains the same. The G2 has improved internal memory, so even if it disconnects or loses power, it should retain its programmed settings better than the G1.
