Hello.

I am trying to move the sump from my Red Sea 750xxl v3 from under my cabinet to my basement.

The support bar for the doors and the center of the cabinet is in the way.

Is it safe to remove for literally 5 minutes to take the sump out and then reinstall?

Anyone done this?

I would only do it if you removed most of the water in the display tank. DO NOT do it with the water full in the display tank.

Alright. I might just buy a new sump them instead of the risk on draining the main tank. And then plumb to the new one
