What are the chances that the advertised products like Red Slime Remover that claim to be oxidizers are actually just Sodium percarbonate (oxiclean)? Has anyone tested or know of a way to test this? Given that people also use H2o2 as a tool to help contain cyano outbreaks, would Sodium percarbonate be a viable option that might be more effective?

And as some possible evidence, I used Red Slime Remover in a fresh water aquarium that also used an electrolysis device to provide additional oxygen to the tank. Once red slime remover was added, the electrolysis devices shut itself down. My theory was that the red slime remover added some kind of salt. If it's sodium percarbonate it would make sense that it could have been the Na ions.

Also it says it may effect pH on the bottle. Which would coincide with it releasing carbonate.

Some of them are erythromycin.
