I got this little guy home last night and noticed its shell has a ton of pin sized burrowed holes in the shell. There is something that is tiny and red/brown in color. They barely stick out of the holes unless I go to pick up the clam shell. Other than those, clam is looking/acting healthy. I just dont want the mysterious boring spots to go to my maxima. TIA
