Red spots on hammer

I have red spots on my hammer and I’m not sure what they are!

According to the picture it almost looks like Cyano is growing on the flesh. Maybe its just the light but are the spots really red or more of an off brown color?

Flatworms, dip that coral and get a wrasse or Springeri Damsel.

/It will likely take several dips over the course of a couple weeks or more to get all the flatworms.

They are an off brown! And have a yellow dot in the center of each spot

Update: I dipped and had 100s of what look like worms fall off! I have a yellow cortis wrasse but buying a melanurus wrasse tomorrow to help the work load
