Redsea ATO auto-fill function

Greetings. I’m having an intermittent issue with my Redsea ATO Auto-fill button turning off by itself after I activate the maintenance function on the main page. Once I am done with the maintenance I return to regular mode and everything is fine, but sometimes after returning to regular mode it turns off the Auto-fill in the second page and I don’t notice it until a day or so when the level in my sump is really low. As noted, it doesn’t seem to do it all the time. Most of the time it works fine and doesn’t turn off the Auto-fill function.
Wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

I have no experience with Redsea products, however, have you tried contacting customer support?

I will look into calling customer support. I was just curious if this was a common issue
