Yea doesn’t make a difference, but I do find it insane they are suggesting that?

Some things dissolve better in colder water, and others in warmer water, but salt mixes should be good to mix in regular water temperatures with enough agitation and time

Red Sea Coral Pro (black bucket) mixes better at 68° since it likes to precipitate and that is much more common at warmer temps

How do you get around this? Use a better salt than Red Sea

Colder is always better to reduce precipitation of calcium carbonate, with no lower limit, while warmer can be better for dissolution speed (though flow will beat out temp if speed of dissolution is a goal).

I never heat my new salt water.
