Reduce melanurus wrasse aggression - dart fish

Now that my wrasse is settling in he has decided to harass my banded dart fish. At first it was ok because I have 5 of them and the aggression was dispersed but now he won’t leave them alone. If they leave the rocks he chases them.

Any suggestions? He is plenty well fed and there is enough room for everyone.
