The only things I can think of are something being added to the water causing it to foam up like a certain food or additive, and to check the pump impeller for debris. Perhaps @IOAOI can help with tips too. Hope it gets figured out for you.I'd say my mine issue with it is it will sometimes fill up the whole cup with very light skimmate, almost as if it overfilled with saltwater. I haven't been able to figure out why this happens. I'll clean the cup out, and for a few days I'll see it gathering some nice dark skimmate, then I'll check a day later and it's completely full with skimmate that isn't very dark.
