My experience with Reef Beauties was always great. I ordered from them few times in last couple years. Fishes were always looking healthy and well fed.
I don’t quarantine fish, but they assure me that they do for at least two weeks.
Last time I ordered two Wantanabei Angels and was very happy with healthy
specimens they were swimming around after 30 minutes in my aquarium and eating ( pe calanus works great for me for finicky eaters). Everything was packed professionally no leaks or tears with ice packs. That was over two weeks ago and fishes doing good. I also ordered two Japanese Swallowtails about year ago and never had problems. About 1.5 year ago I ordered fish which died in first two weeks. Reef Beauties issued credit for me.
They staying in touch with costumer via email and are very responsive ( different time zone) I usually buy locally but often some animals are not available in my region. Looks to me that Reef Beauties care about animals and costumers I recommend this seller and will order again.
p.s. Keep in mind that UPS delivery
could be problematic sometimes I prefer to pick up boxes from costumer service to ensure shorter delivery.
