Just want to give a shout out to Logan at Reef Breeders.

As I am gathering equipment for my build, I placed an order with Reef Breeders.

The shipping label showed everything was in the box, but I was missing an item.

I sent an email with pics to Logan and he responded very quickly.

He actually remembered packing the order himself and realized he did not put everything in the box.

The missing piece was shipped immediately.

THANKS REEF BREEDERS!

I am personally responsible for a 300,000 sq ft warehouse and shipping millions of items each year.

It is inevitable that mistakes happen.

What keep you in business and growing is HOW you handle those mistakes.

I have seen a lot of negative comments and experiences posted on the forum lately.

I just want to make sure we all post the positive ones as well.
