I recently purchased the Photon V2 Pro and went with the mixed reef preset. I have 75 gallon with little coral at the moment but had planned a mix. I used the mounting brackets, and the light is 12" from the surface. With a par meter I'm getting 120 on the bottom with around 220 toward the top where rocks are currently located, maybe about 5 inch below surface. Is this about right? the BRS showed PAR higher but I think they had every channel at 100%. Just want to make sure I'm setting up for success.

Which model of V2 did you purchase and what are the dimensions of the tank? Those PAR readings will certainly grow coral including SPS on the upper rocks.
I bought the Pro and the 75 gallon is 4 ft long, 18" deep and 18" wide.
