I have my dual channel plugged directly into the Apex port with all the programming set up. But it doesn’t ever turn all the way off. Even when I switch it from Auto to Off, the lights are still faint. How do I fix this?!

I plugged my ballast into an outlet on my eb832 and set a time for it to come on and off.
