Well, I've been to all 3 coasts (East, West, and Left (Gulf Coast)) and I must say, while I love SoCal, it's too dang expensive. 3br 2bath house in Orlando, 10 minutes from Disney World, rented for $1400/month... So... go ahead and pay your high prices, I'll never go back to Cali! ;-)
