I've placed two orders with @reefcleaners recently and have gotten guidance from John Maloney prior to placing both orders which was quite helpful. I've been happy with the livestock received, and they are doing a great job cleaning up a hair algae issue in our family's tank. We did have one issue with an order, but it was promptly resolved via an email to John, and we are completely satisfied with the resolution.
