I recently purchased a Reef Factory ATO because my current ATO does an awful job at maintaining my salinity and this one seemed promising, but I waited for 15 minutes for this thing to pull up my WiFi with nothing. Additionally, the manual it links to in the terrible paper instructions doesn’t exist. Is there any way to fix it or did I get scammed into buying a non-functional piece of equipment? I don’t think I can return it so I truly hope there’s some way to make this thing work…

Looking for suggestions here rather than messing around with it myself, I can only be out of bed for a limited time before being overcome with nightmarish pain and I gotta do animal-related maintenance today, so hopefully somebody can help before I’m forced to sacrifice my feeble spine to crawling around by my sump, lol

Are you trying to connect to a 5ghz signal? Most of the time, reef equipment requires a 2.4ghz connection

I went into my router settings and made sure the 5ghz and 2.4ghz were named separately, but nothing comes up when I try to connect. I can connect the app to the ATO but then it gets stuck searching for the wifi list forever
