Reef factory Power Switcher Wi Fi connection error and solution

I recently bought two power switchers from Reef factory. I was available to connect with the power switch itself, find my own Wi Fi and enter the password. I also entered my Reef factory account details. However when I clicked on the ‘connect’ button, the power switch did not appear after 5 minutes. So, I reset the device and tried again. I tried this for about 10 times but with not success. I then tried to connect to my phones shared Wi Fi feature, and that worked.

The solution:

I went in the router configuration and disabled the Wi Fi 6/802.11ax feature and then I was available to connect the power switches to my home Wi Fi. I then restarted the Wi Fi 6/802.11ax feature and the power switches was still available to connect to the internet.
