What's the biggest heartache you've experienced while keeping your reef tank? Tank crashes are one thing but have you had a single coral colony, invert or fish that's unexpectedly passed for seemingly no reason?

Sure of course. A Cardinalfish of mine recently passed for no apparent reason; or yet to be determined.

But the biggest bummers for me seem to be when whatever glue or epoxy seems to be keeping a coral in a spot deteriorates. Everything seems to go down hill from there. It’s an uphill battle against the clean up crew and urchins then. It’s disheartening when something gets knocked into another coral and they both take one, the other or both out.

True trying to get a coral glued down again after it had already been established can be a real pain. Good addition thank you.
